Privacy policy

The German version is legally binding. Datenschutzerklärung (Deutsch)

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

Tripscha Digital
Email: info@tripscha.de

You will find our address and legal form in the imprint.

No data protection officer has been appointed.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a virtual server. When you visit it, the server automatically processes the data your browser transmits and writes it to log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system, status code and amount of data transferred.

The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website, defence against attacks and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The log files are deleted automatically once the retention period has expired.

The website is operated by a hosting provider in the EU with whom a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. Transmission is encrypted with TLS (https).

3. Contact form and email

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the details you provide: name, email address, industry, business, phone number, website, preferred time and message (the last five are optional). The enquiry is sent as an email to our mailbox and handled there. It is not stored permanently on the web server; to prevent misuse, the server briefly keeps the number of enquiries per IP address in memory. If configured, you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.

The purpose is to answer your enquiry and prepare an intro call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and, for general enquiries, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

We delete the enquiry once it has been dealt with and no contract follows. If a contract is concluded, we keep the correspondence for the periods required under commercial and tax law (6 or 8 years, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

Emails are sent via our email provider IONOS SE, Montabaur, Germany.

Embedded project sites

In our portfolio we show websites we have built. They are served from our own server and load no content or scripts from other providers. Forms there do not send anything. Links may lead to the website of the respective business; its own privacy policy applies there.

Disclosure of data

We only pass on your data as described above (hosting provider, email provider, analytics service with consent), if you have consented (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), if it is necessary to enforce legal claims (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or if we are legally obliged to do so (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to

  • access to your processed data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

To do so, write to info@tripscha.de.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. In Baden-Württemberg this is:

Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany
www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de
