VS-Osteo: Two routes to an appointment, with prices and the health insurance question on the home page.
Tripscha Digital built this website in 2025 for an osteopathy practice in Villingen-Schwenningen. The notes below show what is on the first screen and why.
What is on the first screen is there for a reason.

Appointment
Request an appointment or call. Some patients prefer to write, others to phone.
Facts
Rating with the number of reviews, and opening hours as a sentence, no star badge.
Reception
The real reception desk instead of a stock photo.
What was missing, and what is there now.
Starting point
Practice websites have lots of menu items and hide the appointment. Patients search in a hurry and want to know: do you treat this, and can I call?
What we built
A calm design, two routes to an appointment (form or phone), prices as a list, the health insurance question answered on the home page, and photos of the practice’s own rooms instead of stock images.
Result
Appointment request and phone are on the first screen, with rating and opening hours below. Patients with statutory health insurance can read what they will pay before they enquire.
What visitors ask
Do you treat what I have? Can I reach anyone today? What does my insurance cover, and what not? What happens at the first visit?
VS-Osteo at a glance.
